About Our School Karate

We have a few simple goals here. However, we put 110% of our effort into achieving them. In short, these goals have but one purpose:

That way your martial arts experience will be as fun and enjoyable as possible. From stretching every limb of your body, to promoting support and friendship amongst all of our students, we promise to keep you safe and sound.

We strive to not just teach you the raw techniques of martial arts - but to help you uncover its ancient wisdom to better your life. From lion cubs to children - fun play has been used for thousands of years as a powerful teacher. Kids Martial Arts

Parents of our students often love these classes just as much as their kids do - if not more. After all, they teach discipline, focus, and respect to kids of all ages. The result: they do better in school, are better-behaved everywhere they go, and treat themselves and everyone else with a deeper sense of respect.

And of course, kids love these classes too. Every class has the perfect blend of fun activities and games to keep their attention - as well as times of pure focus as they learn new techniques, perfect old ones, and help each other improve in the martial arts.

Adult Martial Arts

European martial arts date back to ancient Greece, where boxing is said to have originated. Asian martial arts are said to go back as early as the late 1st millennium BC. One thing is clear: for thousands of years self-defense has been a widely sought-after skill for men and women alike. Martial arts training has traditionally focused on physical, mental and spiritual growth.

A master martial artist is one who is physically strong and in excellent shape, has a clear, sharp mind, and is spiritually at peace with himself and the rest of the world. While on the surface it may seem like “just punches and kicks”, it's clear there's a lot of depth & profundity in the training & practice.

These New Orleans fitness kickboxing classes are dedicated to one thing, and one thing alone: to help you burn away fat in insanely-fast amounts of time.
